We are a team of dreamers and doers obsessed with changing the workplace environment. Our belief that work should be an equitable place for everyone keeps us amply motivated.
We operate under a North Star to be the most empathetic ally-at-work technology that makes women and underrepresented groups feel in charge and empowered in the workplace.
Our Founder, Andra Vaduva, is a U.S. immigrant originally from Romania. After graduating with a Master's in Statistics in Florida, she moved to New York without a network, safety net, or a stable job. However, she built a growth and product career at some of the most renowned companies in the world, like Google and L'Oreal. Passionate about how technology can better women's lives, she decided to work with female-led startups that solved a real problem for these audiences. Unfortunately, despite the grand vision to change the world for their customers, almost every company turned out to have a profound lack of empathy towards their employees.
These experiences inspired her to build Hiboo, a company that will equalize women's opportunities in the workplace, proving that Artificial Intelligence can benefit the greater good.
Our team is mighty, global, and fully remote, although we would love to work side by side some days.
